Each additional block of 15 employees is $50/store/month. So a store with 45 employees adds one block, 60 adds two. Employees who work at multiple stores only count once. One-time $200 setup fee on first signup.

How does signup and the 14-day free trial work?

Sign up through secure Stripe Checkout. After that, the Skedova team reviews your account — typically the same day — and you'll receive an email with a login link once approved. You won't be charged during your 14-day free trial. Cancel anytime before it ends and you pay nothing.

What happens after my trial ends?

If you don't cancel before your trial ends, you'll be charged for the plan you selected at signup. You can change plans or cancel anytime from your billing settings, and your data remains intact either way.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle and are prorated.

Is there a limit on employees?

Each store includes up to 30 employees in the base price. If you have more, additional blocks of 15 employees are $50/store/month. Employees who work at multiple stores only count once.

What is the setup fee for?

The one-time $200 setup fee covers account configuration, onboarding assistance, and initial setup to get your team started quickly.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Cancel from your billing settings and your account stays active through the end of the current billing period.

How does driver mileage reimbursement work?

Skedova calculates a vehicle-specific reimbursement rate for each driver using real data from the EPA, EIA, and AAA. Rates factor in fuel costs, depreciation, maintenance, and insurance for the actual vehicle driven. Drivers log miles, managers approve, and reimbursements are calculated automatically — fully FLSA compliant.

Does Skedova work on mobile?

Yes. Skedova is available on iOS, Android, and web. Managers can build schedules from any device and employees can view shifts, request time off, and pick up shifts from their phone.
